Paul represents people who have been injured and helps them pursue justice and fair compensation. As the third generation of his family to practice at Fuller & Fuller, Paul is proud to continue the firm’s longstanding tradition of serving clients in Olympia, the Puget Sound area, and throughout the State of Washington.

Paul’s grandparents, Herbert and Carol Fuller, founded the law firm in Olympia in 1972. All three of their children—Marya, Ninamaria, and Jay—became lawyers and practiced with their parents. Paul’s mother, Ninamaria, his Uncle Jay, and his Aunt Leonor all spent their legal careers at the firm. His Aunt Marya continues to practice there as its senior partner.

Paul’s own connection to Fuller & Fuller began long before he became a lawyer: his first job, at age 16, was working at the firm as a file clerk. Growing up in a family of lawyers dedicated to serving their community gave Paul an early appreciation for the difference an attorney can make in a client’s life. He understands that people often come to Fuller & Fuller during an especially difficult and uncertain time, and he is committed to providing each client with both skilled legal representation and the empathy and consideration they deserve.

Paul graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham in 2016, where he studied Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. He earned his law degree cum laude from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Paul served on the UC Irvine Law Review and the UCI Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. He also received several awards recognizing outstanding academic performance in individual courses.

After law school, Paul served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Richard W. Pollack of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai’i. Before returning home to Olympia, Paul spent several years representing individuals and businesses in complex federal litigation. He has brought that experience in legal research, case strategy, and written advocacy to his work on behalf of injured people.

Outside the office, Paul enjoys hiking, traveling, and watching cooking shows. For Paul, joining Fuller & Fuller is both a return home and an opportunity to carry forward his family’s legacy of providing personal, thoughtful service to people when they need it most. He considers it an honor to uphold the firm’s motto: “We Treat You Like Family.”
