Carol A. Fuller

Judge Carol Fuller (1928-2020)

Carol Fuller and her husband, Herbert, founded the Fuller & Fuller law firm in 1972. The firm has steadily grown to meet the personal injury needs of the Puget Sound region. Her three children and her daughter-in-law became part of the firm, making Fuller & Fuller a unique family law firm.

Carol became a Superior Court Judge in 1979. She was the first Washington woman elected as a Superior Court Judge outside of King County. She was also an adjunct faculty member of the University of Puget Sound Law School. She rejoined the firm after retiring from the bench in 1993. She later retired from the practice of law and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
