John Mango – We Treat You Like Family

John Mango has devoted the past many years to advocating for injury victims, successfully litigating and negotiating hundreds of personal injury cases to resolution. Drawing on his extensive courtroom experience, John seamlessly integrated the trial, litigation, and motion practice skills he honed over nearly 15 years as a public defender into his personal injury work. His compassionate approach—paired with a relentless commitment to securing justice—has helped clients obtain fair compensation during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
John’s passion for personal injury law stems from a deep belief in fairness, empathy, and the importance of giving a voice to those who need someone to stand up for them. Whether negotiating a settlement or standing before a jury, he is guided by the golden rule: treat others as you would want to be treated. His goal is to be a fierce advocate and a trusted ally to his clients.
Before specializing in personal injury law, John spent nearly 15 years in the Alternate Defender’s Office of Orange County, California, where he tried cases ranging from misdemeanor DUIs to serious felonies and life offenses. There, he became known as a dedicated, formidable trial attorney who secured favorable outcomes not only through verdicts but also through creative resolutions—helping clients avoid incarceration via treatment programs and community support resources.
John was drawn to Fuller & Fuller for its longstanding reputation for excellence and its shared philosophy of treating clients like family. He values the firm’s collaborative approach, where compassion, skill, and results come together to make a meaningful difference for injury victims.
Outside the office, John and his wife enjoy exploring the waterways of the Pacific Northwest by boat, attending summer concerts—especially 80s and 90s bands—and discovering new restaurants. They also take great joy in gardening, tackling home projects, and simply relaxing together at home.
