Nina Fuller – Retired – We Treat You Like Family

Attorney Nina Fuller

Nina is a native of Washington State. After maintaining a 4.0 (straight A) grade point average while in college, and after scoring in the top 1/10th of one percent of the national Law School Admission Test, she was awarded an academic merit scholarship at the University of Puget Sound School of Law, which she attended from 1981-1984.

In law school, Nina was invited to join the Law Review, an honor reserved for the highest-ranked members of the first-year class. She was twice awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence. In 1984 she graduated from law school with highest honors (summa cum laude) and was awarded a Doctorate of Jurisprudence.

Nina joined the family firm in 1985. Over the course of her legal career, she helped people with legal problems ranging from divorce to contracts and criminal matters. She argued cases in municipal, district and superior courts as well as the Washington State Court of Appeals, the Washington State Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.

Nina then devoted her time to helping people who were injured in accidents and through medical negligence.  Her particular area of interest was helping injured children and their families.

She was a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

Nina is proud of her family’s service to America: her husband served 20 years in the U.S. Navy (submarine service). Two of their three sons have also served their country through the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps.

Nina is now retired from the practice of law.
