STUART E. SHELTON
Stuart has been an attorney at Fuller and Fuller since 1991. He was awarded a Juris Doctor from the University of Puget Sound Law School in 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts in Society and Justice from the University of Washington. Stuart devotes all his efforts to personal injury and medical malpractice law; helping people battle insurance companies for fair compensation in cases involving negligence by health care professionals, and in cases involving vehicle accidents.

Prior to his employment with Fuller & Fuller, he concentrated his practice in the same areas of the law, for both plaintiffs and the defense. He has argued cases in municipal, district, superior state courts and also in federal court. He is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers, the Washington State Bar Association, Pierce and Thurston County Bar Associations, Federal Bar Association (Western District), and was a former member of the Washington State Bar Association Legislative Committee. He is a former panel member of the Washington Arbitration & Mediation Services. He is currently conducting private mediations.

Stuart is married and has three children. His hobbies include golf, riding motorcycles, and snow skiing.
